"Video surveillance in the restaurant industry provides a number of cost savings benefits including improved customer service, lower shrinkage and other crime-prevention steps as well as faster sales transaction times, safer food-handling practices, better inventory controls, improved consistency in food preparation, reductions in workplace injuries and injury-related fraud, refined training techniques, and reduced employee turnover."
