Nortronics Corporation has moved into 4,250 square feet of newly renovated office space

Fairview, NJ -- Nortronics Corporation, which provides and maintains security equipment for multifamily, commercial and retail properties, has moved into 4,250 square feet of newly renovated office space at 441 Fairview Avenue in Fairview, NJ. The company formerly occupied about 2,500 square feet at 20-26 Industrial Avenue, also in Fairview.

Nortronics represented itself in the transaction, as did the landlord, De Soto Realty, LLC of New Jersey.

Nortronics has already begun taking advantage of the new space by expanding its staff. Among the new hires is a director of business development and engineering.

The company will also use the new facility to begin serving customers of its new remote video monitoring service. "No matter where in the country they are located, we can literally watch our clients? security cameras for them," said Maria Gonzalez, executive vice president of Nortronics.

Nortronics' expert monitoring professionals free up clients' on-site security staff to patrol the properties they are guarding, rather than sit behind a panel of TV screens. As a result, total security costs can drop significantly.

Nortronics has over 38 years of experience in the security industry. The company designs, installs and maintains a comprehensive range of security systems for commercial and residential clients. Nortronics provides clients with network-based CCTV systems, as well as access control, alarm, CCTV, intercom, mailbox, telephone access and master antenna systems.
