CHICAGO ' RedSky Technologies, the industry leader in providing E-911 call management and other enterprise telemanagement solutions from private telephone systems, today announced the appointment of two new business leaders to its executive team.
Bruno Brunetti joins RedSky as its vice president of technical and professional services, and John Connell joins RedSky as its vice president of technology and product development. Their appointments are effective immediately.

"They will be instrumental in expanding RedSky's ability to better serve our customers and in identifying new applications that will enable our clients to leverage their telecommunications investments. Brunetti joins RedSky from Riverside Publishing, a division of Houghton Mifflin, where he was director of implementation services, overseeing large-scale technology projects and professional services for educational institutions and government institutions. Throughout his 20-year career, Brunetti has managed custom software development projects and led professional services integration applications as both a corporate manager and technology consultant.
At RedSky, he will oversee implementation of E-911, directory management and call accounting software systems, directing a professional services team that for the past eight years has done customized implementations at hundreds of Fortune 1000 companies and government facilities.
Connell is a technology and applications development executive with two decades of experience developing solutions that drive profitable business growth and operational improvements. He formerly was vice president of the technology consulting practice at the First National Bank of Chicago, where he developed scalable financial applications for Fortune 500 companies, and CIO at BankFinancial, where he was responsible for all network, data center and telecommunications operations. Connell is an adjunct professor at DePaul University and an acknowledged expert on Microsoft technology, having authored two best-selling technology books for Microsoft.
In his new position at RedSky, Connell will lead its technology evolution to develop additional world-class enterprise and hosted telemanagement solutions, particularly in the area of VoIP.
