LAGRANGEVILLE, N.Y., Sept. 10 -- Peter Kikis was elected to the Board of Directors of the Company. Mr. Kikis was previously a member of the board from 1995-2000.
Mr. Galloway stated, "I am extremely pleased that Mr. Kikis has joined the Board of Directors. Mr. Kikis has many years of experience as an investor and operator of many businesses, including several in the security industry.
Mr. Kikis stated, "I believe that we have a strong customer base which can be grown through the resources of the Company and its Board to turn Command into a leading provider of security services throughout the United States."
