ObjectVideo signs patent agreement with VIVOTEK

Company to use ObjectVideo's analytics and IP video solutions

Reston, Virginia, USA (June 6, 2012) - ObjectVideo, Inc. announced today the signing of a global patent license agreement with VIVOTEK, a leading provider of IP (Internet Protocol)-based surveillance solutions.

Owen Chen, chairman of VIVOTEK, believes that the application of intelligent devices in IP surveillance industry is critical. Earlier this year, ObjectVideo entered into portfolio-wide global patent licensing agreements with Tyco Security Products' American Dynamics business unit and Sony Corporation. ObjectVideo holds 47 United States Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO) and International patents, along with 49 USPTO and International patents pending in the field of computer vision.
