Hord Tipton, CISSP-ISSEP, CAP, CISA, executive director of (ISC)2. “The industry continues to face a crisis, due to a major shortage of qualified information security professionals, but through their efforts, innovations and achievements, the 2012 Americas ISLA winners are illustrating what can and is being done to attract more top personnel to the field and give them the knowledge and tools they need to combat the growing cyber security threat.”
