Monitronics Wins 2013 Gold AVA Digital Award

Security Leader Recognized For Best-in-Class Dealer Program Video

Feb. 8, 2013 (DALLAS) —Monitronics has won a 2013 Gold AVA Digital Award for their best-in-class training feature, MoniX, which highlights the strengths of their quarterly training seminar for new Monitronics dealers.

 The MoniX feature (www.monitronicsexperience.com) explains the importance of training – including critical sales, installation, funding and marketing support – as new dealers build a successful security company.

 “The Monitronics Experience (MoniX) is a real key to our program and our alliance with new Monitronics dealers,” says Bruce Mungiguerra, Monitronics’ Vice President Operations. “We ensure that they hit the ground running. We’re very appreciative of this recognition, because it demonstrates our commitment to each of our dealers.”

 AVA recognizes outstanding achievement by creative professionals involved in the concept, direction, design and production of media that is part of the evolution of digital communication. There were about 2,000 entries from throughout the United States, Canada and several other countries in the 2013 competition.

 AVA Digital Awards is sponsored and judged by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals (AMCP). Judges are industry professionals who look for companies and individuals whose talent exceeds a high standard of excellence and whose work serves as a benchmark for the industry. Winners were selected from over 200 categories in Audio, Video, and Web-based production. About 17% of entrants were Gold winners.
