The distribution center will better serve Datacard Group’s customers and partners throughout the region, as well as reduce the order-to-delivery times for desktop card printers, warranty spare and replacement parts, and supplies from five – 10 days to one – three days depending on location.
Through the establishment of the Distribution Center in Hong Kong, Datacard Group will be able to confirm orders and respond to shipment status inquiries within local working hours, without having to bridge the gap between time zones.
