Alexandria, Va.  (May 1, 2014) – ASIS International, the leading organization for security professionals worldwide, invites companies exhibiting at the ASIS 60th Annual Seminar and Exhibits (ASIS 2014) or the colocated (ISC)2 Security Congress 2014 to enter the ASIS 2014 Accolades – Security’s Best, an awards competition that recognizes the security industry’s most innovative new products and service solutions. The program, which is for products or services launched after September 26, 2013, opens May 5, 2014. The submission deadline is July 31, 2014 and winners will be announced at the ASIS 2014 Networking Luncheon on Mon., Sept. 29 at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, Ga.

More than 20,000 security professionals from 90 countries are expected to attend ASIS 2014 and the colocated (ISC)2 Security Congress 2014 taking place Sept. 29-Oct. 2. ASIS International (ASIS) is the largest organization of security management professionals worldwide and (ISC)2 is the largest not-for-profit membership body of certified information and software security professionals worldwide.

A team of judges representing experts in security technologies will select up to 10 winners based on level of innovation, unique attributes, and specific benefit to the security industry.  In addition, ASIS 2014 and (ISC)2 Security Congress 2014 attendees will have an opportunity to vote for their favorite submission on Mon., Sept. 29 and Tues., September 30 via the mobile application and kiosks located in the Accolades Showcase on the exhibit floor. The People’s Choice Award will be presented on Wed., Oct. 1 at the networking luncheon.

This value-added benefit of exhibitors provides an opportunity for companies to distinguish their new products and services at the show and in the marketplace.  All Accolades participants will gain a competitive edge simply by entering and being included in the extensive pre-show publicity and on-site promotion to a highly engaged pool of decision-makers.  An astounding 91% of ASIS attendees state that they are involved in the buying process.

The early bird entry fee is $1,500 thru June 18 and $2,000 thereafter. A new multi-entry discount fee for 3+ submissions by the same company is $1,200 until June 18 and $1,500 after that. There is no limit to the number of entries per exhibitor.
