Allied Universal acquires Apollo International Security

Acquisition comes on the heels of the merger of Universal Services of America and AlliedBarton Security Services
SANTA ANA, Calif.Sept. 19, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Allied Universala leading facility services company and the largest security force in North America with over 140,000 employees, today has announced acquisition of Apollo International, a security company whose corporate headquarters are in Walpole, Mass., and have a global office in New York.
