LAS VEGAS — Third-party monitoring provider SentryNet will host a free presentation at its ISC West booth on April 12 with Bob Harris, president of Attrition Busters, discussing powerful ways security dealers can combat the toughest customer cancellation challenges.
Harris will share numerous solutions that can help installing security contractors save customer cancellations from switching to cable providers, DIY or MIY systems, cheap or free competitors, among other causes for attrition.
“The message I am bringing to ISC West this year is that far more cancellations than you think are avoidable when you know what to say and how to say it. The cost of replacing a customer is far higher than the cost of saving one!”
Harris will send all attendees to his presentation at the SentryNet booth a free copy of the “Attrition Busters S.O.S.: Save Our Subscribers” script sheet. The pamphlet is filled with specific responses to various causes of cancellations, including displeasure with service, lower prices, never uses the system and a much more.

SentryNet will also give away raffle prizes to participants who sign up in advance or who provide their business card at the booth during ISC West.
Harris’s presentation will be held April 12, 11 a.m. to noon, at SentryNet booth #13127. The SentryNet team will be onsite to answer attendee questions about their services and exciting new technology offerings.
