New Integrations for Improved Security & Streamlined Visitor Management Process

HL-7, a healthcare standard for patient information in hospitals, provides patient location information, such as floor, room number and bed number. Providing this real-time solution for patient tracking combined with PassagePoint Global will enhance and streamline the visitor registration process for STOPware’s hospital customers.

Using the PassagePoint PIV Module, Government Agency Customers can now process visitors for all divisions of the federal government using PIV-compliant credentials (PIV, TWIC, FRAC or CAC card) that meet Homeland Security Presidential Directive 12 (HSPD-12).

PassagePoint customers using Lenel’s OnGuard Access Control System can now prevent access of unauthorized visitors and restrict access to sensitive areas of their organization with PassagePoint’s integration with OnGuard.

 

New Technology & Customization Options Provide Enhanced Customer Experience

STOPware combined a DT Research Rugged Tablet with PassagePoint for a complete, real-time client and completely mobile visitor management solution. The DT398B with Microsoft® Windows® 7 Professional enables all PassagePoint features and functionality to run seamlessly in outdoor and remote locations.

STOPware will also be showcasing a new fresh look for their web client interface that gives customers the flexibility to add their unique custom branding to the user interface. This Custom Brandable Web Client is just one more feature added to STOPware’s portfolio and customer-focused strategy. (see attached image)

 

New Cutting-Edge Hardware Solutions for Faster & Smarter ID Data Collection

The SnapShell® Passport is an innovative capturing device for the data collection and authentication of passport size images and plastic ID cards. Using digital camera technology, it is able to quickly and accurately collect data. RFId capability is also available.

The ScanShell® 900DX duplex scanner extracts textual data from Driver’s Licenses, 2D Barcodes, Magnetic Stripes, Medical Insurance Cards, and Business Cards. It captures both the front and back of the image simultaneously in less than 4 seconds.

The E-Seek Model 280 allows for the reading and capture of all electronic data while concurrently providing the ability to scan and capture a complete full resolution image (JPEG) of both sides of an ID Card or License. Quickly and easily marry the Electronic data to the Image for faster & more secure visitor registration.
