Rugged and powerful, the new IPS4304E dome camera debuts with LILIN's Wide Dynamic Range, allowing it to deliver full HD picture quality in challenging lighting conditions by capturing highlights and shadows simultaneously, eliminating the appearance of pixilation or smear. An on-board processor generates electronically stabilized images in multiple display formats up to 30 frames-per-second and has the ability to encode video streams in H.264 and Motion JPEG simultaneously for maximum flexibility.
