Universal Protection Service acquires Regent Security Services

Acquisition grows number of employees to over 17,000

SANTA ANA, California (June 6, 2012) - Universal Protection Service, a division of Universal Services of America and one of the largest providers of security services in the U.S., is excited to announce that they have acquired Regent Security Services, Inc. With their outstanding reputation in the security industry, Regent Security Services, Inc. has been providing security guard services since 1990 and employs over 1,000 security professionals who are supported by five offices throughout the southeastern U.S.

Universal Protection Service now employs over 17,000 security professionals across the U.S.
