StrikeForce Technologies Signs Fifteen Resellers

Oct. 25, 2005
New partners to deliver company's identity theft prevention solutions

EDISON, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 24, 2005--StrikeForce Technologies, the identity assurance company, today announced that fifteen nationwide resellers have signed on to further extend StrikeForce's solutions to the financial services, healthcare, e-commerce and government markets. The Alliance Program will help resellers deliver value to their customers with easy-to-implement, cost-effective solutions that help eliminate identity fraud.

StrikeForce Technologies' identity assurance solutions protect against fraud at the three vulnerable points: account creation, account access and online data entry. With this new program, value-added resellers (VARs), original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), and system integrators can offer customers a high level of protection against identity theft, with a unique formula for verifying new users, authenticating trusted users, and offering ongoing protection for online activity.

"Our customers count on us to bring them the best solutions at the best price, and identity assurance is top-of-mind," said Jeff Greenspan of Database & LAN Solutions Inc. of Washington, D.C. "StrikeForce Technologies' products strengthen our offerings with a unique approach that allows customers to select the type of security that's best for their organizations."

For example, StrikeForce's flagship two-factor authentication product, ProtectID(TM), is the industry's first solution that bundles a primary and secondary method of authentication for each user for one low price. This redundancy ensures that users always have convenient and secure authentication for network access, eliminating lockouts and related support calls.

To maximize convenience and versatility, the ProtectID platform supports 10 methods of strong authentication, including one-time password generators (on a token or mobile device), biometric methods and devices, and cell phone-based PINs. Available as both a product and an ASP hosted service, ProtectID can easily be deployed in a wide variety of customer environments. The flexibility allows organizations to use methods that fit their business model and budget, or augment existing solutions that are incomplete, thereby maximizing their investments while protecting employees' and customers' identities.

"Companies and government institutions of all sizes are seeking proven, robust security solutions that can be quickly deployed, at a reasonable cost, and we believe that's what we're delivering" said Jordan Byk, Vice President for StrikeForce Technologies. "Our resellers and partners have advised us that customers respond very favorably to the value and versatility of our solutions, accelerating revenue growth in an already fast growing market. The industry is growing fast to meet users' demands for identity theft protection, and we're looking for more partners to grow with us."

"StrikeForce goes out of its way to help us identify and sell to end-users through training, messaging, account profiling, lead generation, and demos," said Webster, Mass.-based Secure Storage Networks' VP of Sales Lou DeMayo. "This is a true partnership, not a simple selling relationship."
