The Daily Times (TN) newspaper has reported that Blue Ridge Development LLC, a Knoxville, Tenn.-based development company, has planned up to three new office properties on property owned by the Metropolitan Knoxville Airport Authority.
The offices would be located in the West Aviation Area of McGhee Tyson Airport, and would spread across 22 acres. The newspaper reported that the first building would be a two-story, approximately 60,000-square-foot office building. Details for later buildings have not been announced yet.
