Fear of package determined to be false alarm

PEMBROKE PINES, Fla. -- Reports of a suspicious package prompted the evacuation of a Pembroke Pines shopping center Tuesday morning.

From Sky 10, police tape could be seen surrounding a small suitcase and bag on the sidewalk front of the ABC Day Care near in the 9000 block of Taft Street.

A bomb squad opened the luggage.

Officials said nothing dangerous was found inside.
