Extreme CCTV announces that its IP Infrared Imaging (i3) line is now compatible with products from DVTel, a leader in the development and delivery of network-based video surveillance, analytics and access control. Extreme's i3 utilizes infrared illumination to deliver clear images day or night, integrating seamlessly with IP networks. Solutions offered within the line include night-time imaging, license plate capture and vandal-resistant surveillance.

Extreme's high performance images allow optimized performance of DVTel's video analytics platform in low light and no light environments. Low-noise images also enable improved compression and low bit rates, allowing users to take full advantage of DVTel's recording, analyzing, reporting and storage capabilities.
