A video provided by CNN and WFMZ-TV Channel 69 in Eastern Pennsylvania and Western New Jersey captures the intelligence of the kind of thieves you’re up against.
In the video, a brazen thief appears to smash through the door of a small restaurant, steals a tip jar and tried to exit head-first through the unbroken door beside the one he shattered. The move knocks him on his back before he can recover and head out the other door to what appears to be a waiting car. The entire segment was captured on video, though only a small portion of the video captures the face of the criminal, which was partially obscured by some sort of hood.
