IT Business Solutions director to close the gap in IT security

NDIANAPOLIS, May 2 -- Integral Technologies, Inc., a worldwide provider of scalable IT security solutions, recently created a new leadership position to spearhead the development of products and services that effectively integrate best practices of the information technology, security and facility industries. Integral's Director of Technical Services Jeff DeCocq was promoted to IT Business Solutions director to drive this initiative.

"With his expert knowledge and understanding of the IT and security industries, Jeff will guide Integral in developing best of breed, IT-centric solutions that better meet our customers' security challenges," said Mark Nazarenus, Integral Technologies' vice president of sales and marketing. "This position will not only help maximize our new strategic relationship with APC- MGE, but it also represents one more clear indication of Integral's commitment to investing in product development."

The Integral and APC-MGE partnership is actively addressing the security industry's demand for improved system resiliency by leveraging the same preventative and predictive technology APC-MGE utilizes to safeguard IT infrastructure in data centers. While there currently is no security industry standard for uptime, similar to the IT industry's "five nines" benchmark, Integral has established a quality assurance program designed to meet its end- users' demand for improved system reliability. DeCocq will lead the charge to close the gap in IT security by developing innovative products and solutions that mitigate the human, environmental and power vulnerabilities that often compromise IT security infrastructure performance.

"Through our partnership with APC-MGE, the number one brand in IT*, we look forward to taking security solutions to the next level of reliability and ultimately lowering the total cost of equipment ownership for our customers," said DeCocq, who brings more than 10 years of experience to his new role. Prior to joining Integral in 2002, DeCocq was a systems integrator and served large organizations, such as global IT company EDS, in the IT and security industries.
