Almere - Griffid, a development company of hardware-independent video management software for digital security cameras, extends its support team with the appointment of Harald van Dusseldorp. One of Van Dusseldorp's responsibilities is to deliver support to distributors, resellers and end users of Griffid software; like Alarm Receiving Centers.
Van Dusseldorp gained a lot of experience in the field of security, alarm communication and IT in his previous job as IT manager at the company SMC Alarmcentrale. Besides his support role to customers, Van Dusseldorp is actively involved in evaluation and testing programs in order to further improve the video management software platform. He is also conducting technical training session for distributors and resellers.
"I have noticed that there is still a gap between the security market and the IT market," said Van Dusseldorp. "The support role that I have at Griffid gives me the challenge to advise and support our customers in order to realize a better association between the two markets. The experience I acquired at SMC Alarmcentrale will be of great value."
