Homeland security investement and holding company Vinoble has acquired a number of RFID patents so that the company could full solutions for asset tracking and management.
Vinoble had previously announced that it had located RFID patented technology and had begun talks to acquire those. The company now says its "believes that it can close on a definitive agreement with in the next two weeks." Vinoble representatives say that the sales and marketing of the acquired technology would begin immediately after the acquisition.
