CHANTILLY, Va. -- GTSI Corp. a leading government information technology and solutions aggregator, thanked its partners DMJM Technology, Quality Communications, Lenel Systems International, Inc., and Cisco for helping to make Super Bowl XXXIX a highly successful event. Last July, GTSI and members of its InteGuard Alliance won a contract with the City of Jacksonville, FL. to design and implement an end-to-end video surveillance system to be deployed in the City of Jacksonville and the Alltel Stadium for Super Bowl XXXIX.
Yesterday, the New England Patriots were not the only winner. The City of Jacksonville showed the best defense is a good offense by implementing a sophisticated video surveillance system that would offer protection for the Super Bowl attendees as well as build the technology platform providing for the City's long-term security needs. The system is scalable and can be expanded as needed.
