Two preconfigured solutions are available. WeSuite Core, covers the sales process from “contact to contact” and includes WeOpportunity, for those who want a CRM, to record and track leads, contacts and activities. Also included is WeEstimate, for estimate creation through production and sending of proposals. The second option includes WeEstimate only, for those whose focus is on detailed estimate creation and sending proposal documents. Both options include sales reporting. A proposal document is included. Integrators simply provide their logo, terms and conditions and acceptance language for inclusion in the proposal document furnished by WeSuite. An option to add contract documents is available. Integration with eSignature services via DocuSign or eOriginal is also available for a completely paperless process.

Each solution is preconfigured with pre-defined security industry data points, a professional proposal document, and the ability to easily upload existing customer, contact and parts databases. WeSuite also provides project management and training assistance. Systems can be installed on your network or, the WeSuite provided cloud solution. Pricing options make it easy to select what works for you and your team.
