PITTSBURGH, March 9, 2021 – Vector Security®, the fourth largest security company in the United States and the leading provider of intelligent mobile security and automation solutions to homes and businesses, announced that Dan Reynolds has joined the company as Director of Customer Experience, effective immediately.
In this newly-defined role, Reynolds will be responsible for defining, executing and managing for continuous performance, the overall customer experience across all areas of Vector Security. With a focus on the customer journey for each customer segment, this role will identify high-impact customer touchpoints and areas for improvement that lead to a positive and valued customer experience. Ultimately, this position will include direct functional oversight for specific departments, as well as matrix responsibilities in other customer-facing areas of the company’s business. This position will report directly to the VP of Marketing.
