MILWAUKEE --
Milwaukee police arrested two students Monday afternoon after homemade explosive devices were found at Riverside High School.
The school was on lockdown for a while after bottles containing a liquid were found outside the school, a Milwaukee Public Schools spokeswoman said.

Police said one of the devices exploded, but one was injured or sickened. .
