Sting Alarm, Jewish Nevada collaborate to strengthen safety measures for local Jewish community

The two parties will collaborate to enhance the safety and security of the Jewish community by employing advanced security surveillance systems.

Las Vegas, NV (June 29, 2023) - Sting Alarm, the Las Vegas-based security and fire systems company, has announced its partnership with Jewish Nevada as part of their dedication to community safety, coinciding with National Safety Month. The two parties will collaborate to enhance the safety and security of the Jewish community by employing advanced security surveillance systems. This collaboration reflects the shared commitment of both parties to the well-being of the community.

In addition to being a bronze sponsor for this year, Sting Alarm will also participate in various Jewish Nevada events throughout the year. Jon Perry, the president and co-founder of Sting Alarm, will lead this initiative. Perry states: "Security is a pressing concern in our community. Beth LaManna, the Regional Security Advisor for Jewish Nevada, expressed gratitude towards Sting Alarm's partnership and support in maintaining the security of the Federation and the community. LaManna is a 22-year veteran of the FBI and has diverse experience including serving as a Special Agent, crisis negotiations coordinator, and primary coordinator for the National Center for Analysis of Violent Crimes within the FBI. Post-retirement from the FBI, she was the Director of Security at Queens College in Flushing, NY, responsible for the public safety and security of nearly 25,000 students, faculty, and staff on an 80-acre campus.
