Nexus Lite, the latest state-of-the-art 3rd generation physical access control system from Amano Cincinnati, is a full-featured access control system designed to provide residential as well as small and medium commercial customers with simple and effective real-time web based access control. Direct access to the embedded powerful software through any standard Web Browser makes the Web Interface model easy-to-use, cost-effective and flexible while delivering hi-performance physical access control to our customers.
The Network ready Nexus Lite controller includes an embedded access control application for system administration, user setup and event reporting that is accessed via any standard Web Browser over a 10/100 Ethernet Network or the Internet, no PC needed. Nexus Lite also provides a variety of web-based reports and has the ability to backup the controller database to a PC if desired. In addition, Nexus Lite supports an integral Touch Screen (optional) providing the easiest on-site intuitive graphical user interface (GUI) available on the market.
Nexus Lite manages from 2 to 8 doors, 16 readers with anti-pass back, using standard Amano door controllers. The system supports 1,000 users (3 cards per user) with capacity to buffer the last 5,000 event transactions. No Server Required, operates as an independent stand-alone unit or as a hardware appliance connected to any existing Ethernet network.
