One of the first units in the industry made to meet the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design program for environmental responsibility, The Wedge 2.0 prefab booth from B.I.G. Enterprises is fully factory built and delivered ready for installation.
For durability and longevity, the unit is all galvanized steel construction with galvanized steel floor and floor frame, and galvanized steel roof and ceiling. The roof is what stands out and is how the name “The Wedge” was created: A unique wedge overhang design with clean lines and architectural detail.
Other key features are the butt joint glass corners, and large full-height sliding glass door with concealed hanger track and rollers.
The Wedge 2.0 has steel framed shelves with MDF board covered with plastic laminate with anodized aluminum trim, interior and exterior LED lighting, fan forced electric heater, prewired breaker panel, outlets and J-Boxes for data & communications. Conduits and mounting provisions were made for security cameras, and the booth is finished with multi-color 3 mil coat of marine grade primer with the finish coat 3-4 mils of high solids polyurethane that is impact, fade, chemical and graffiti resistant.
Another bonus is the fact that B.I.G. manufactures this unit, as well as all their units to be in full compliance to all State codes including energy codes.
