NICHOLAS T. FRANCHETTI is an associate in Archer & Greiner’s Data Privacy and Cybersecurity Group and Business Litigation Group. Nick focuses his cybersecurity practice on data breach response and related litigation. He graduated from Duke University School of Law in 2017. Before law school, Nick obtained a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Lafayette College.
