Sharon Hong

Sharon Hong is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in the safety and security industry. She previously served as Vice President of Ecosystem Solutions and Sales Engineering at Motorola Solutions. Throughout her career, she has led across engineering, product management, presales, channel sales, sales operations, and service offers. She holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from UCLA and an M.S. in Engineering Management from USC.

Sharon is passionate about building inclusive work cultures and has been active in industry leadership, including serving on the inaugural SIA Women in Security Forum SupportHER subcommittee. She was named a 2024 SIA Women in Security Forum Power 100 Honoree and delivered the opening keynote at the Society of Women Engineers’ 2024 Women in Engineering Conference.
