Digitlocks Inc. introduces the ADEL FLEX US-2 smartcard lockset, designed to satisfy a wide variety of applications in commercial, industrial, institutional and residential applications. Easily installed on a new or retrofit door with a standard cylindrical lockset preparation, the US-2 offers 2 3/8-inch or 2 3/4-inch backset deadlocking latchbolts with reversible levers and a lever-concealed key cylinder for card-free access, or a 1-inch deadbolt with ovular shaped knobs and exposed key cylinder. An optional ANSI Grade 1 cylindrical chassis and UL latch set is available which requires an additional drilled hole for the battery cable. The FLEX US-2 provides memory for 98 smartcards, fobs or remote control devices. The card technology is based on the ISO 14443A Mifare smartcard standard.
