Continuous Geared Hinges now include 15 new profiles for a true hospital tip solution, including a removable/replacable quick connect and several solutions for 2” thick doors and doors/frames with a 3/32-inch frame inset.
BEST Continuous Geared Hinges are available in full mortise, half mortise, and half surface. Heavy weight and standard weight versions are available. Made of 6063-T6 aluminum, these hinges are easy to install and designed to last for the life of the building. These hinges feature heavy duty bearings. The exact number of bearings varies depending on product length ordered.
All models conform to the ANSI/BHMA A156-26- 1996, Grade 1 Standard. All have been tested and certified by UL to UL10C Standard.
