NAPCO acquires Marks USA

Deal expected to bolster product line, revenues

NAPCO Security Systems announced Monday that they have acquired Marks USA, a New York-based manufacturer of industrial and commercial locks.

According to a statement issued by NAPCO regarding the acquisition, the company purchased Marks USA and “substantially” all of its assets for $25 million.

The move is expected to help bolster NAPCO’s line of existing door security products and push the combined revenue of the companies’ above $90 million.
