Engineering firm Baran Advanced Technology announced Monday that they have launched a subsidiary, Baran Access Solutions, to target the access control market in the U.S. and Canada.
The launch marks a reorganization of Barantec products, which will now focus on access control solutions.
The new company will be establishing its corporate offices in southern California, according to a press release issued by the company. Bill Newill, the former vice president of sales and marketing at Secura Key, has been chosen as the company’s president.
