Panel to discuss use of near field communications in security at ISC West

The Security Industry Association announced this week that it will be hosting a panel discussion on the impact of near field communications on physical security next week at ISC West.

The discussion, entitled "The Third Revolution in Mobile Services: Near Field Communication," is scheduled to take place on Thursday, March 29, between 4-5 p.m.

Moderator Chris Corum of AVISAN Inc. will lead a panel of NFC experts from HID Global, Gartner and Identive Group, who will discuss how the technology is currently affecting physical security and what impact it will have in the future.
