VSI upgrades MESH

Boolean logic programming introduced to access control system
May 12, 2008

VSI has introduced Boolean Logic programming for its MESH access control system. Users simply select any input device on a pull down menu and relate the device to an output action on a separate menu.

Since MESH is network based and does not require control panels, the actions are virtual in that the inputs and outputs can relate to any two devices on a network, including CCTV cameras. Benefits include savings on cabling compared to control panels that require inputs and outputs to correspond to events on the same panel.
