DDS integrates Bioscrypt with company's Amadeus 5 access control software

Bioscrypt Inc. announced that DDS has built a line of physical access control readers incorporating Bioscrypt's finger scanning hardware. The new readers also integrate the template management and Bio reader configuration with the DDS Amadeus 5 Access Control software.

Among the advantages to this integrated solution is that Bioscrypt technology and DDS controllers can be installed on the same communication network, thus simplifying the installation process. Further, the solution can be programmed from a central software application, facilitating system management.

"Bioscrypt is known to be the leader in biometric physical access control and following our own evaluation process it was clear they have developed the most advanced technology available," said Yehuda Warszawski, co-founder, CEO, DDS. "We look forward to winning new business on the strength of our combined offering."

Having successfully integrated the technologies, DDS has now begun selling these products and has a number of reference implementations that will facilitate further sales in Europe and Asian Pacific regions. DDS has produced three readers, the Bio-Flex, Bio-Prox and Bio-Pass, to address current and future opportunities.

"We believe the partnership we have formed with DDS will provide both our firms with strong revenue generation in the short and long term," stated Robert L. Williams, president and CEO of Bioscrypt Inc. "Demand for our products continues to rise as more and more firms look to incorporate biometric technology into their equipment."
