HID Expands Latin America Sales Support for Contactless Cards, Readers

Alejandro Espinosa Figueroa joins HID staff for Mexican and Central American sales

IRVINE, Calif. - HID Corporation, the premier manufacturer of contactless access control cards and readers for the security industry, today announced the appointment of Alejandro Espinosa Figueroa to sales executive, Mexico and Central America. Espinosa is based at HID's Latin America office in Leon, Mexico and reports directly to Humberto de la Vega, HID's director of sales for Latin American and The Caribbean. His responsibilities include developing and strengthening relationships with security industry OEMs, distributors, and existing HID corporate accounts.

Espinosa is a native of Mexico and speaks fluent Spanish and English. Prior to joining HID, he held various management and sales positions at ID-Access, Desarrollo Integral en Computacion, and Parquimetros Nacionales. Espinosa has extensive technical training experience, received his Industrial Design degree from Universidad AutĂłnoma Metropolitana/MĂ©xico, D.F., and his professional trainer certificate from BurĂł Nacional de ConsultorĂ­a, S.C./LeĂłn, Mexico.
