TDSi by Hirsch Releases GARDiS Pro v3.2 With Enhanced Security and Wireless Integration
Integrated access control and security manufacturer TDSi by Hirsch has released GARDiS Pro v3.2, the latest version of its access control software platform, introducing enhancements aimed at strengthening system security, improving wireless locking integration and simplifying installation and commissioning.
The updated software builds on the company’s focus on delivering a future-ready access control ecosystem that evolves with customer requirements and emerging technologies. The new release introduces a broad range of features designed to enhance security, improve connectivity and boost overall system performance.
Wireless Locking and Enhanced Security
Among the key updates is full integration with Uhlmann & Zacher wireless locking. The addition enables compatible wireless locks to be managed directly within the GARDiS interface, allowing for configuration, monitoring and control from a centralized platform. The integration is designed to support a smoother wireless locking experience while maintaining centralized oversight of the wider system.
Security enhancements in GARDiS Pro v3.2 also include the introduction of AES encryption between the GARDiS software and GARDiS controllers. The added protection ensures that communications across the network are safeguarded against unauthorized access or interception, providing increased assurance for organizations operating in sensitive or regulated environments.
Real-Time Alerts and Streamlined Deployment
The new version introduces Endpoint Alerts, enabling real-time notifications to be sent directly to a designated device such as a mobile phone. Configured through the GARDiS App and distributed via Google Firebase, the alerts provide a fast communication channel designed to ensure critical system activity is not missed.
An audible alarm option has also been added, allowing users to trigger a sound alert when required. The feature is intended to improve on-site awareness and support faster response to alarm events.
In addition to feature enhancements, TDSi by Hirsch has implemented updates to licensing and commissioning processes aimed at reducing setup time and improving usability. The refinements are designed to make deployment faster and more efficient for installers and administrators.
