ProdataKey Introduces First Wireless Locking Solution with Red Wireless Locksets

ProdataKey’s Red Wireless Locksets offer a flexible wireless solution for securing doors in hard-to-reach or previously inaccessible locations.
ProdataKey has announced the release of its first wireless locking solution, the Red Wireless Locksets, expanding its lineup of cloud-based access control products. The new devices join the company’s existing hardware offerings, which include door controllers, readers, and head-end units.
The Red Wireless Locksets are designed to simplify securing doors that are typically difficult or expensive to access. The locks are available as both a cylindrical lock and a deadbolt, with customization options offered through distribution. According to the company, the new locksets provide flexibility for partners designing access control systems.
The devices are compatible with ProdataKey’s full range of credentials, including prox, high-security, PIN, Bluetooth and mobile options. Wireless communication is handled through the Red Hub using the company’s proprietary HubNet communication protocol, enabling communication between the locks and PDK.io, its access control management platform.
Dallan Labrum, Executive Vice President of Sales at ProdataKey, said the new locksets will expand installation possibilities for partners. He noted that the devices can be installed in areas that were previously inaccessible while remaining easy to install and configure and maintaining the performance associated with the company’s hardware.
