Gantner, a SALTO WECOSYSTEM electronic access company, has introduced LX Suite, a smart locker solution designed for offices, residential properties, campuses and mixed-use environments. The platform is intended to address growing demand for secure, flexible and transparent package delivery management in modern buildings.

According to the company, LX Suite replaces manual delivery processes and disconnected workflows with a unified system managed by building staff. The platform combines Gantner's smart lock hardware with a cloud-based dashboard that enables operators to configure lockers, monitor usage and track events in real time.

The solution is designed to support package deliveries, returns and short-term storage while providing building operators with an auditable method for managing deliveries and exchanges. Through a centralized web dashboard, staff can oversee locker operations and monitor activity across the system.

Users can access lockers using QR codes, PIN codes or supported NFC credentials. Gantner said the platform eliminates the need for mobile app downloads, third-party logistics integrations and extensive IT infrastructure through secure credential assignment and integration with the company's existing ecosystem.

LX Suite includes features aimed at simplifying parcel and mail management, including automated notifications, real-time booking status updates and cloud connectivity for tracking deliveries, pickups and locker availability. The company said every locker event is logged to provide traceability and help reduce the risk of theft during last-mile delivery handovers.

The platform also offers analytics capabilities that provide usage statistics, user behavior insights and inventory reporting. These tools are intended to help operators optimize locker deployment and pricing strategies.

In addition to improving delivery efficiency by reducing failed handovers and redelivery attempts, Gantner said consolidated locker deliveries can help lower vehicle trips, fuel consumption and carbon emissions. The company also noted that optimized sensors and smart identification technologies are designed to minimize energy consumption.

Gantner said LX Suite expands the capabilities of the SALTO WECOSYSTEM by extending intelligent access and smart locker functionality to package delivery operations. The solution supports a range of workflows, including package drop-offs at building entrances, short-term storage and internal transfers, while providing a streamlined pickup experience for both building occupants and staff.
