ProdataKey (PDK), a provider of cloud-based access control solutions, has announced its integration with STRATIS, the operating system behind RealPage Smart Building. The partnership brings PDK access control into the STRATIS ecosystem, allowing multifamily properties to connect access control with broader building technology and resident services through a unified platform.

The integration combines two cloud-based platforms focused on modernizing property technology while supporting the channel partners that deploy them. PDK’s retrofit-friendly architecture and availability through major U.S. low-voltage distributors make the solution suited for multifamily properties with varying existing infrastructure and deployment needs.
