UNIKEY-SR, aims to revolutionize the PACS industry by offering existing access systems’ providers an end-to-end solution to meet the growing demand for mobility in access control.

UNIKEY-SR was created around the premise of simplicity, reliability, and scalability and has been positioned for mass adoption by offering various options including licensing a hardware reference design for OEM manufacture, or purchasing the finished reader with OEM packaging, as well as licensing electronic key cloud services either through an API or as a web service, stand-alone portal to work alongside existing PACS software.

UNIKEY-SR’s reader design is unmatched. Security being at the forefront, the reader contains a PKI architecture to encrypt BLE credentials in the cloud and directly at the door. Other advanced features of the reader include: BLE support for all modern mobile devices and fobs, 125kHz proximity reader, adaptable to other contactless RFID technologies, output conversions to Wiegand formats, UniKey Passive Intent™ enabled.
In addition to the physical reader, UNIKEY-SR’s commercial solution is enhanced with the ability for commercial OEM’s and dealers to utilize UniKey’s CORE™ platform to build out additional components of their mobile access ecosystem along with the physical reader. These solutions include: cloud APIs and mobile SDKs, turnkey branded mobile and web applications, and UniKey’s custom design services.
