Keystroke biometrics firm expands to broader focus on risk and authentication

BioPassword, a Washington company that has provided authentication software for digital identification, is now AdmitOne Security.

The company is best known for its keystroke biometrics offering, a system that tracks the rhythms of how a user types and compares it to a pre-recorded pattern of the user's typing.

However, with the announcement of its name change, the company says it is broadening its focus on authentication and identity.

"Our strategy has evolved with the requirements of our customers in financial services, healthcare and other regulated industries to have us provide a broader risk platform so they can go with a single solution to meet their requirements," said Mark Upson, CEO of AdmitOne Security.

The company can now be found at www.admitonesecurity.com.
