    Patent combines face and fingerprint recognition technologies

    SAN ANTONIO, TX, 11/09/05 / MARKET WIRE/ -- FaceKey Corporation, (OTC: FEKY), a biometrics technology provider specializing in security, access control and time and attendance products, announced the issuance of a new patent by the United States Patent and Trademark Office, titled "FINGERPRINT VERIFICATION SYSTEM UTILIZING A FACIAL IMAGE-BASED HEURISTIC SEARCH METHOD." The patented system utilizes the best features of face recognition technology and fingerprint recognition technology, which makes it possible to use biometrics only based products to serve large groups and companies with a large number of employees.
