XPonCard Group AB and Sdu Identification BV Win Finnish Contract for Biometric Passports

The Swedish plastic and SIM card solutions developer and supplier XPonCard Group AB announced on Wednesday (27 October) that it had together with the Dutch state-owned company Sdu Identification BV won the contract for Finland's new biometric passports.

The passports will be manufactured at Sdu Identification in the Netherlands and individualised at XPonCard's secured site in Helsinki, Finland.

No financial details have been disclosed.
