Over 40 global representatives from 20 countries convened to review new products and programs

Nicholasville, KY – (June 21, 2016) – Sargent & Greenleaf (S&G), a subsidiary of STANLEY Security, hosted over 40 industry distributors from 24 countries including Sweden, New Zealand, China, Ecuador and United Kingdom during its Global Distributor Meeting in May. S&G is a world leader in developing and manufacturing high security locks and locking systems for highly sensitive government facilities, residential gun safes, ATMs, and bank vault doors and safes.

S&G introduced its 2016 campaign -- Taking it to the Next Level -- to its worldwide distributors, showcasing S&G’s forward-thinking approach to the marketplace and commitment to bringing innovative products to its customers. The four-day meeting included previews of new products for 2016, the unveiling of the Audit Lock 2.0, which was introduced to the market earlier this month, marketing and sales strategies and plans for the next several years.

The Nicholasville, Kentucky headquarters recently underwent multiple renovations resulting in an updated, modern environment with an open work space that has fostered a collaborative working atmosphere for all staff. The meeting was held to not only update about the new campaign and upcoming products, but to acknowledge the collective successes of the 150-year-old company.

Taking it to the Next Level: Digital Platform

One way that Sargent and Greenleaf is Taking it to the Next Level is through aggressive product innovation. S&G’s Digital Platform is a new technology platform that is more flexible and modular in design, easier to operate and simpler to program. This platform also provides enhanced security, a consistent user experience and advanced data management.

“Holding substantial work sessions for our top global distributors at our newly renovated world headquarters allowed the S&G team to demonstrate what it means to ‘take it to the next level’,” said Brian Leary, Chief Operating Officer, Sargent and Greenleaf.  “It was essential to share our new products and programs that are being introduced, while updating and educating our team about the S&G businesses.”

The timing of the S&G Global Distributor Meeting coincided with the Safe and Vault Technicians Association (SAVTA) annual convention, which took place in Lexington, Kentucky.  S&G hosted an Open House for all SAVTA attendees and meeting attendees, which include a tour of the plant and newly renovated office space.
