RoomMe by Intellithings Intelligent Room Presence Monitoring System

RoomMe by Intellithings is an intelligent room presence monitoring system that uses patented Presence Sensing Technology (PST) to add enhanced functionality and peace of mind to smart home security systems. With PST, RoomMe uses the unique Bluetooth signature of an individual’s smartphone or select smartwatch to sense which room of the house they’re in. During an alarm, RoomMe can quickly share this knowledge in an occupancy report to the central station or homeowner to enable rapid outreach to check to see if this individual(s) is safe. This report can also help reduce the frequency of false alarms—which can cost homeowners money if they are subject to fees.
