RFID product manufacturer Sirit announced Friday that it has signed an exclusive, three-year technology partnership agreement with asset tracking solutions provider MIKOH.
According to a statement, Sirit will incorporate MIKOH’s Smart & Secure tamper-indication solution into its automatic vehicle identification (AVI) products.
The partnership agreement, which includes two additional three-year options, allows Sirit to market MIKOH’s Smart & Secure solution, for which the company will receive sliding-scale royalty payments.
